Error in Versa Works when adding a file to print and cut.

Hi, I have been getting this error from a file that I have printed in the past. I am not sure if this error comes from me editing it and then saving it incorrectly or something? Has anyone else gotten this error? The error says:
"Stopped processing the input file: "file location and name.eps" Job Size is too small."

I can give a screen shot if needed? Any help would be really great! I am stuck right now.

i had the same thign too in the past what my soltion was that i deleted the orginal file that i use to import it with.. did you do somthing like that as well?

You mean delete the original file and recreate it?

no i deleted the orginal file by mistake and tryied to print with it all it has was the ripped version in versa works is what i mean . what you can try to do it open change the name of the file to something else and retry.

That usually happens when you have exported the file from Corel or AI and the image was not within the page boundaries. Make sure that your image is withing those boundaries prior to exporting as an EPS and it should fix the issue.

Well what I did was. I was given a PDF, I copied the vector from the PDF, pasted it into Illustrator, saved it as an eps and now getting the error. The file I believe is in the page bounderies.

I will talk to management again on it but don't think I will be out that way except for the ISS Long Beach. I will be teaching a class there on Friday night of the show. Stop on by!
