I use Arlon 4560 or 4570 GTX for both applications.

I use the Arlon 4570 GTX for larger items and the 4560 for smaller ones. I've also used Seramark and DuraSol 3.5 mil with removable adhesive for decals; they are both easier to apply when not laminated than the Arlon material.
