Anyone know what kind of material was used for this decal (see attached)? Where might I be able to purchase this material?

If it's an adhesive decal, it looks like chrome gold PAPER, not vinyl...digital printed and cut. I have ASI product companies that do that crap by the 1000's on a roll cheap.
Discount Labels, gold foil...they even have a sample photo in their catalog of almost identical 'badge'.
You just have to ask for 'textile adhesive' if it's to give to kids to put on their shirts.

you will need to prove you are a 'reseller' and have a UPIC number or ASI number. I do probably a couple thousand $$ a month average for ad specialties...just took 3 orders from a church this morning, fridge magnets, pens, water bottles...plus a dozen shirts I have to decal up for them...$765 for all. Easy money to add promotional products to your business-once you get an account, the repeat orders are a breeze and like 'free money'....
just always, always, always, get a deposit up front-NEVER order ad items without a large enough deposit to cover the cost of the goods so you don't get stuck for the order!
