Another daft question I bet...I am trying to print a job that was held by another printer with a straight CYMK fomat machine. I cant get one of the colours, it is using too much light cyan rather than normal cyan with a dash of yellow, the result is the logo is coming out with a green cast. My question is on the VS540 can I force it to print cymk only? using veraworks btw
Thanks

If it is a yellow you are trying to hit I think it may be a separate issue that can be solved.

Pantone 631
CMYK equivalent = 67 / 0 / 12 / 2
even when I remove all the yellow the colour still has a green cast :O(
