Cutlines after Versaworks reinstall
I had to completely reinstall VersaWorks yesterday because after it did the update, it froze, and wouldn't operate correctly, got an error about English being only language, and even after trying to "repair" it off disc it still wouldn't open and constantly wants to look online for Windows to find a fix.
SO I deleted it and reinstalled it.
I got VersaWorks Reloaded
I reloaded some of my popular media profiles
I got it to talk to the printer, it sees it as SP-540i and says "Ready to print"
NOW when I import a new file, for a job due yesterday :(, it's not showing cutlines!!!!
I even reloaded a file I just cut Friday that was fine before this upgrade disaster and there's no cutlines there. I read through a lot of blogs, forums, and tried all suggestions before posting, and now I'm desperate!
ALSO I know there are things to setup correctly (I remember from class) and thought there was sheets or directions on here, but can't find as far as changing to inches, and printer controls being: ??????????

did you go through the videos section and review the videos on setup etc? I can do a remote assist if you need it.

Yes on what I could find, I must be using bad search words, but those awesome videos are how I got this far! And remote WOULD BE AMAZING! WHEN? What should I do?
