Hi

I'm using "Generic Vinyl I"  profile with Orajet 3651 gloss to print and contour cut some decals with some bleed. But after the job is done, it starts curling. I can't leave a white border on the contour cut.

What changes do I need to do in the profile to avoid this thing to happen?

Hello Marco, what are your current cut settings for this profile? And what is your heat and dry time after print/cut?

Try ccvp instead of generic vinyl. It sounds like the media is getting too saturated with ink. You may have to allow it to dry more before cutting as well. Make sure your heater settings are at the default for the profile and not on printer settings
I have the same question as Dan and agreed totally with Steve suggestions. I used the material with GCVP successfully. I have found that when media is curly it tends to be over saturated and the blade is going too far into the media. So changing the profile, checking the cutting force and using default on all the printer settings should get you better results. If it persists, then as Steve suggested add additional dry time in your printer settings to have the Edina get firmer prior to cutting.

I use 3641 with oracals profile and have no problems
