corel x5 question
Ok, so I'm making myself use corel x5 which actually I like quite a bit. One thing though that is driving my nuts is that when I go to move an oject or group of objects I no longer see it's outline. I have no idea where i'm moving it to until I finish dropping it and then have to adjust it again and again until it's where I want it. With that being said for some lettering I do see the outline when I dragging it somewhere, but not always. Any ideas or thoughts???? Is this a setting that maybe I'm missing?

Kathy, as you know I'm not using X5 for production yet.
My copy of X5 is on an extra laptop which I'm not near at the moment to check for you.
Maybe someone else can do that.
I do know this was a known issue and I don't know whether or not it was addressed in the last SP.
If no one else answers you tonight, I'll check my copy in the morning.

Kathy I do not have that problem in my version - When I select it - I see the outline and when I drop it all colors come back.

Ok, Kath, if Irv is fine on his end, let me know if a Refresh clears the issue
If it does, I'd then have to ask about your video card
Are the drivers up to date?

I'm going to have to check the drivers when I get to the store later..... on my way now off now see my least favorite person in the world... the dentist ;-(
