Corel Draw color pallets

I loaded my subscription on a new laptop. Upon opening new documents i notice i have no color pallets on right side strip. I went to my dockers, clicked on cmyk, rgb, roland and the rows show up but no colors show..  I ran a corel draw repair, It was working ok earlier. Unsure if I did some thing. Restarted numeroius times. Any input woud be great

Try right clicking on the program and run as an administrator.

working for now. was intermittent yesterday. Day is young . Thanks again.
