Hey everyone!
In my sign division catalog, the DuraCal 530 Calendered Vinyl is shown as a cut only product. I was under the impression that you could print on Calendered Vinyl? Is there another calendered vinyl out there that I can print on or is it just not advertised as print/cut? Thanks!!

Tammy go to the print/cut section and all of the calendared viinyl there can be cut. You were looking in the single color vinyl - that is for selecting the 1 color or layered applications. Look for Durosol - the sol stands for eco solvent ink.
DuraCal is a non printable material. Irv beat me to it once again, the DuraSol line is the printable medias.

Calandered and cast are the ways the media is created. It has nothing to do with the print or non print capabilities of the material.
I will slow down - I rather you win - I will walk down the hill - and get them...........
get them all..... JETT!
Knew you would remember your joke - hehehehehe - could not correct that bubbling - the last thing I did that worked - TTRH, standard -prepress us - custom on the heat control - 45 & 50 - print with registration marks - print - removed and then cut - no bubbling - makes me think that it has to do with the heat. I turned completely off and still so the more the better but I maxxed it out.
we will have to keep troubleshooting it. I will test next week with the VS here.
