Calendered is what we use, 3 year outdoor durability. Avery MPI 2900

Do you laminate your bumper stickers or just print and cut?

Just print and cut. Although we have laminate, it's a little overkill for bumper stickers.

Do you have a source for sticker material?

I have about 3 sign suppliers from 25 mins to a hour away.

That's perfect. Yeah our Avery material is a 3.2 mil, Calendered Gloss vinyl. That's what we use for bumper stickers and other stickers as well. Hope this helps.

We have used calendared vinyl with a laminate for larger decals (10" wide) and they shrank after about six months leaving a very noticeable glue line (or as Steven refers to it, a snot line). I suspect exposure to sunlight accelerated the shrinkage that you can expect from calendared vinyl.

Is there a better vinyl then?  I've been looking for something that has the split back on there for customer ease of use.  Doing car stickers.

Choose a cast rather than calendared vinyl. To make application easier and reduce the appearance of bubbles, choose one that has air release.

thank you for the advise!
