Matt, I'm confused, what happened?
Did you get a brand new printer to replace the original one you had?

The original they sent me was set up with the wrong ink configuration that was affecting the red output.. They were great at getting me a replacement shipped from Roland and that's what is boxed up still on the pallet at my house. It's a great machine, just really too much machine for me right now with my family situation..

Would love for it to find a good home..
