I am getting some blue over spay on prints on my VS540. I notice some ink on the board cable which I cleaned and the print looked a little better at first but.

Did anyone have a similar situation?

thats normal. dont clean it off the boards. youll do more damage than good.

The print looks better but still have some blue overspray. I've added some pics. I also downloaded the peck report for the machine but I don't think I can read it.

You should always post pictures - so now you can be properly assisted, however

you need to post a picture of your nozzle test, while I go look and see where you are from

It looks to be static

Nope, lovely place should not be a static issue

So how old is your captop, which media, which profile, and definitely the nozzle test

cap is about 2 - 3 month old.... I replace it first thinking it was the problem.

Sorry. Media Oracle 3640 gloss using the media profile

OK great nozzle test

I will read your pec and get back to you

Definitely resembling static, so in the mean time

Is your printer grounded

Is your outlet grounded

Is your location grounded

Do you know the moisture in your printing location

by media profile do you mean the one from Oracle or the one from Roland

On the printer tab in VW what are the settings in the 3 drop down boxes,
