Bad Printhead or Dampers?

Hello Irving, Todd etc,

Just a quick question please.

At what point do I consider my printhead or dampers bad if it mists on cyan and the test prints are 100% perfect. Some shades of blue don't mist though. Grays have cyan dots all over them. All profiles except the banner profile mists. Printhead is low.

Is it possible for the white or metallic channel to fire during normal printing even though cleaning cartridges have been installed on them. I have been able to syringe out a lot of blue from the white line line.

That didn’t work either. Will probably wait till I get a tech.
