Auto open cam question about shocks
We have an Hotronix 20X20 auto cam press. One of the shocks has sprayed oil on a couple of the shirts we were making. Purchased at a show April 4-5. Is this normal to go out so soon? Can I get a similar one at an auto supply store? We are in the middle of a large order that needs to be finished by Monday morning. Any help is appreciated.

Did you get the shock issue resolved? I have had a Phoenix heat press for 3 years now and no issue son the shock. It sounds like yours just went bad. I would contact the manufacturer to see what kind of warranty there is on it.

Thanks for the reply. We got in touch with Stahls and they sent out a new set for us.
