Anyone use social networking for thier business?

I have been using Facebook and Twitter for a while now and am trying to increase awareness of our business with both. Not really sure I like Twitter but Facebook seems to be doing well. I also have Wordpress (I have not updated in forever on it) and Youtube accounts. Youtube was a recent addition to post tutorial videos on and Wordpress was the first blog I started with. I have had a tough time trying to keep them all updated and recently found ping.fm which will update all of your social networks (including MyVersacamm.com) in one spot. VERY convenient! Does anyone else use social networking and if so, what have you found that works or does not work? We have recently created a Facebook account just for our business and it seems to be getting some good traffic for now. Anyways, I thought I would see what everyone else thought and what we could all share.

Steven - I have now linked everything with ping.fm it's AWESOME! One stop updating to all social networking sites! From phone, home, or anywhere, now it's not a big deal, thanks for the info :)

Very nice I'm going to check this out...... I'm trying to get more traffic to my Facebook for business, though it's hard when I'm a service only business compared to other companies who have 'physical' products.....
