A Thank You To Steven Jackson For The Versacamm Workshops

First off I want to say thanks to Steven & Jen for hosting the two versacamm training workshops on the 29th & 30th of July. My wife Brenda and I had a great time during our stay in the Albany/Clifton Park area (despite my click it or ticket reward--yea I got the ticket).

The training, the demonstrations and hands on work was totally great and a big help. Steven teaches so much during the twom day it is hard to list it all here. We have had a versacamm for just over a year and are still learning everyday on who to use it. For me one of the best sessions was the color managements section, just from what we llearned there I can already see our products improving over 50% in quality. I might add that our local Roland dealer I wont mention any names but their initials are (GSI) whom we bought the machine from could take a big lesson from Steven & Imprintables on how to sell, train & service versacamms & their owners.

All demonstrations with all the different medias that Imprintables sells was great. We learned alot about how and where to use different medias whether on garments, for printing, wall graphics to mention a few items. We both have a better and deeper understanding on the various medias and their applications after this workshop. My mind is like in tubro drive thinking and what we can now do and offer our clients after these great two days of training.

Anyone out there who has a versacamm or is thinking of buying on needs to attend this workshop as it is that great and helpfull. In closing the next versacamm we buy will be through Imprintables based on their great customer service and their training.
