Did you do the things suggested?
Well, actually I've done everything it is written in the manual (step-by-step), however, as I said in the thread, I have done head alignment since two colums are straight....
#update: I've taken a couple of photographs on DSLR
Who can help me with reading a .pec file?
A few things. That nozzle check looks far from a new head. You can forget trying to align that head if thats the actual nozzle check.
If I walked into your shop and you showed me that nozzle check, I'd tell you that you need a new head.
Do you imply that the printhead I bought is defective? Is it possible? The online shop I bought the printhead gives a year warranty... although I'm not sure if they are interested in changing the printhead after it has been installed and filled with inks...

Digiprint has good heads, not cosigning yours, but the ones I used from them.
I also think you will have a problem, because they only cover installation from a certified tech. There is no way of knowing a head is good or bad unless you install it. What Todd is saying that you will not clear up the deflections even with aligning the head. I would get there, but I at least like to see the head aligned before I deep six it. Todd tends to be faster at the bottom line than I am.
