2x4 banner printing from top to bottom

hello all,

i`m printing a 2x4 banner.it looks correct in versaworks but when it prints it is printing

from the top making it vertical instead a rectangle banner.

i`m sure it`s an easy fix,but i`m clusless on this one.

A picture of what's printing would help, do you mean horizontal? in place of rectangular?

On the Layout page in versaworks at the bottom you can change the orientation to horizontal or vertical?

do you mean in the orientaion? with the r`s rotation?

Yes, just click on them and it will change the position of your print onto whatever your printing on.

It might also be that the banner does not fit due to the orientation

Thanks guys it was in orientation.

It was not fitting correctly.
