"Lean more towards the SP then, since that VS will need a head (2400) to clean up some of those nozzles. You will get some black overspray, but it will print decent if you know how and when to use high quality. Never lean towards the control panel…"

"A nozzle test from both machines would tell us more.  I believe I see overspray and banding, but without see the nozzle test hard to say whether it is head issues or adjustment issues.  Personally I would not consider a V machine - those…"

"The problem is that you have 3 Roland certified techs asking to see your perfect nozzle test. We do have a reason and what you call perfect can maybe give us some hints to other things. Just saying!"

Moving Versacamm and other questions

Hi! First, I'm new here and I'm very new to these types of machines. I've worked in commercial printing for almost 12yrs, but I've not dealt with solvent-based printers before, so I'm gonna have a lot of questions.I'm going to be purchasing a Versacamm (most likely a SP-540V) in a couple weeks and I'm moving up a flight of stairs to a second floor.
