long run of print then cut

Help Roland BN 20 keeps jamming

"To cut then print you don't need the crop marks.  Just tell it to return to origin after cutting.  Once it is done cutting and returns to oringin send the print only and you are done."

"For people who are reading this I read where the chip might be the cartridge and to just wait till it runs out and change the cartridge to see if that fixes it.  Also I read where there is a different switch that says when it runs out so you…"
