Cutting through everything

I just tried using Spectra flex and my 24 cutter is cutting through everything.  My test cuts are fine.I reduced the force from 120, 110, 100, to 90, reduced the blade and put a new blade in.Any help would be appreciated.Continue

"A good digital vinyl if printing laminated with a good laminate. I Oracal 6351 with 210 laminate. Standard cut vinyl requires no laminate."

"Also remember you changed the dampers. If you spilled ink on the boards - that will blow the fuses too. Ugh."

"Thank you so much. I was frustrated earlier and got careless and forgot to turn off the main power and I think I blew the print head fuses. Both heads will no longer print."

Looking to sell a two year old Roland VS 540 with White and Metallic Ink Setup with Take Up Device

Inks are as follows - Cyan, Light Cyan, Magenta, Light Magenta, Yellow, Black, Metallic, White

We have had this machine under a warranty using only Roland Inks with Regular Weekly Maintenance. The printer is in great working condition and will be sold with any inks left at the time of sale. If anyone is interested please let me know.

VS-540 waste Pump is not Sucking the ink Via Captop.

Hello To all.

Finally i managed to install the new head. But i am facing the problem that my pump does not suck the ink from the captop, while the pump works fine.

The following things i have done so far:

1. I sucked the inks with Syringe from the tube which comes from the cap-top and the ink can be sucked with no problem.

2. I checked if my Waste ink tube is clogged and not sucking the ink via the cap-top, but it is fine and i also cleaned and made sure that the…
